Hof van Saksen expands its play area for the littlest ones!
Hof van Saksen has recently expanded its play area to ensure that all guests, regardless of their age, have an unforgettable vacation experience. The resort has extended the indoor playground "Harrewar" with a separate play space specifically designed for the littlest adventurers, children aged 0 to 4 years. This addition seamlessly complements the existing playground for children aged 4 and older.
This new playground, catering to both children and parents for shared play and relaxation, is divided into three zones, each targeting different age groups and developmental stages.
Zone 1: For babies 0-6 months
Designed specifically for the tiniest ones, this zone provides a safe environment for babies to explore and play. Soft vinyl mats on the floor offer a comfortable surface for babies to make their first attempts at crawling. Hanging swings provide a delightful spot for parents to gently sway their babies. Raised floor elements in the vinyl floor create a cozy space for parent and baby to relax while enjoying the sight of butterflies fluttering above. Additionally, two "Animal fusion" cylinders, displaying different parts of animals on rotating sections, encourage interaction and visual stimulation.
Zone 2: For children 6 months - 2 years - The Caterpillar
This zone is characterized by the large caterpillar at its center. Children from 6 months to 2 years can climb and crawl through the caterpillar, ending up in the ball pit – a delight for every toddler. Vinyl floor mats ensure a safe play surface, and various classic wooden modules, including the "Abacus Wheel","Sorting Tree","Square Logic", "Calculator"," Crazy Mirror","Apple Pie Factory","Crazy Playwheel","Clock Around", a free-standing "Splash Down", and the "Beadstree Table", create an extensive play paradise for the youngest guests.
Zone 3: For more adventurous children 2-4 years
Designed for the slightly bolder ones aged 2 to 4 years, this zone offers carefree sliding into the ball pit, climbing through the nets of the play structure, and racing on balance bikes. The Noodle Forest adds an adventurous touch, allowing children to walk through noodles, hide, or swing.
Additionally, children can develop their cognitive skills by playing educational games on the Delta interactive 32-inch touch table, either independently or
with up to 4 children simultaneously.
