A Family-Oriented Dealership with a Playful Twist: BMW de Schepper

Welcome to BMW de Schepper in Belgium, a family-owned dealership that combines the high-performance vehicles with the warmth and comfort of a family-friendly environment. Recognising the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers of all ages, BMW de Schepper partnered with IKC to design and implement unique kids' corners across their dealership. This initiative not only reflects their commitment to families but also enhances the overall customer experience.

A Customised Experience Across Four Locations

Our collaboration with BMW de Schepper resulted in the creation of tailored play spaces in four key areas: the main showroom, the waiting room, the family bathroom, and the waiting area at the MINI dealership next door. Each space was designed with care to align with BMW's brand identity while providing engaging and interactive play opportunities for children.

A Showroom Experience Like No Other

In the main showroom, children are greeted by a BMW-themed play area that captures the essence of the brand. The centrepiece is a custom-built BMW car, complete with an interactive dashboard where kids can immerse themselves in a driving experience. The customised Apple Pie Factory wall game, featuring BMW cars as knobs, allows children to “drive” the cars around various locations, sparking their imagination and adding a playful twist to the showroom experience.

Accompanying the car is an IKC Play Tower, its three sides silk-printed with BMW-themed designs. The Memory game, customised with different BMW car parts, challenges young minds while reinforcing the brand's iconic imagery. The Road Trip Wall Game and a 17-inch Delta interactive screen further enhance the play area, ensuring children are entertained and engaged while their parents explore the latest BMW models.

Interactive Fun in the Waiting Room

Adjacent to the waiting room, a vibrant play area awaits with Forex panels depicting cartoon-style roads and BMW cars. Here, the Square Logic Wall Game challenges children to learn and problem-solve, while the Delta interactive screen offers digital entertainment tailored to younger visitors. Soft play elements in the form of BMW tires add a playful and tactile dimension to the space, making it impossible for kids to resist.

Family-Friendly Convenience in the Bathroom

Understanding the needs of families, BMW de Schepper also integrated a custom memory wall game into the family bathroom. This thoughtful addition ensures that even during bathroom breaks, young ones have something to keep them entertained, allowing parents to attend to their needs or other children without worry.

A Complete Experience at the MINI Dealership

The MINI dealership next door continues the family-friendly theme with the installation of another custom memory game in the waiting area. This not only completes the cohesive design across all locations but also ensures that families feel welcomed and valued throughout their entire visit.

Driving Family-Friendly Innovation Together

We are incredibly proud of the project we realised with BMW de Schepper. Their trust in us to transform their dealership into a more family-friendly environment has resulted in a series of play areas that are both visually stunning and highly functional. These spaces allow children to have fun and explore while their parents browse, wait, or finalise the purchase of a new vehicle.
